can this pc run next gen games like bf4 wach dogs on ultra 60fps?http://pcpartpicker.com/user/gotenas111/saved/P3tNnQ
if not then what parts should i upgrade?

Solution
That's a good enough build it'll run next gen without issue but like Fireger said it won't run at 60fps 1080p but it will run smoothly without doubt.
I've got a very similar build to that and I'll recommend getting RAM sticks with heatsink on it; does actually help on the heat.

I personally think getting an 600W-700W is enough to run the system. I also recommend getting an Semi-modular PSU to help with cable management.

He does not need 16GB at all... or 1866 it makes very little deference something most people won't see.

They are absolutely fine. No need to change them.
