I want to play all games with 25-30 fps.

Solution

After adding everything together - If you can still afford to buy the 750 Ti and i3 - Go for it.

I own an FX 6300 and personally I think that it's a great CPU for the price. It's fast and very future proof thanks to its 6 cores. I also own a 7770 and again I think it's a great GPU for the price. It doesn't max out games but at your resolution it will be able to play most games on high settings at 30+FPS. I am upgrading my card shortly to a GTX 970 due to the fact that I want to be able to play on ultra settings. If you can stretch your budget to a 750ti along with an FX 6300 then you'll have a pretty solid build for the price but a 7770 will also suffice.

Ty Computer__GUY for your suggestion. So in your case what is the best budget motherboard to overclock fx 6300.

I'm poor in overclocking concepts.

Rahim Mushfiq Ty for suggestion. If i go towards AMD i need good MB(overclocking) and PSU because AMD consumes more power. I can split that extra money (GTX 750 ti to AMD7770) to MB and PSU
now questions is what is best budget MB?

Ty for yor suggestion if i go with I3 less power and i will get GTX 750 ti. Now question is how far it(I3 4130 + H81 + GTX 750 ti) is comparable with fx 6300+ Gud overclocking motherboard +HD7770

No question it will perform better.

I'm also tending towards I3 side but peoples are saying fx6300 has 6 cores and future games are suitable to fx6300.

Games which can use multiple cores still perform better on the i3 compared to an overclocked FX 6300. Take Crysis 3 or Watchdogs for example. They still perform better on the dual core i3 with hyper threading.

But the major factor is the 750ti over the 7770. You will game MUCH better with the more powerful 750ti, and that makes the i3 combo the clear winner.

RazerZ accepted but let me look at other peoples point of view. I'm more interested towards I3 with better gpu compared to balancing AMD overclcoking concepts.

2 Options :
Gigabyte GA-970A-DS3P - This is an ATX board very reliable but since you've got a small case maybe :
Gigabyte GA-78LMT-USB3 - This even supports USB 3.0 and everything else with the build ... but maybe choose a better case ? It sounds silly spending attention on a case but it helps quite a lot. Corsairs make very good budget cases.

I agree 750 Ti performs better than 7770 with the i3 combo.
Considering it is a budget build AMD should be the way to go for.

Rahim Mushfiq yes i will change case. But does these board have proper VRM's.I dont know what it mean.Peoples are saying proper vrm and cmos cooling required to overclock.

The i3 has around the same or better performance as the fx 6300 in gaming.

Here are some benchmarks I found of popular games... the i3 has either the same or better frame rate.

Intel is the way to go if he can have a GTX 750ti instead of the 7770 for the same price.

But Rahim Mushfiq lets calculate money perspective.
i3(7300 rs)+ H81(3500)+GTX 750 ti(10200 lowest)+PSU(2150)=23950
fx6300(7100)+gud MB(5700)+HD7770(7100 lowest)+PSU(2650)=22550

Now what you say,not much difference 1500 INR..

You sure you want to OC the CPU ? It already has 4.1GHz Turbo speed.
The motherboard I've recommended is not made for OC's and I really don't think you will see a difference on the performance but with the first motherboard you can OC to 4.6 GHz.
If you are going to OC you should focus more on the after-cooling for the CPU - Stock cooler for 6300 is not very good.
Just remember you got 4.1 GHz Turbo already....

Is this with over clocked fx6300 or without?

So you are suggesting no overclock required for 6300 to comapre with I3. Now the question fx6300+gtx 750 ti(no overclocking) or i3+ gtx 750 ti

Some of them are w/o the overclock but it still doesn't matter. Look at the Watchdogs benchmark with the 6350 ( an overclocked 6300).

ok RazerZ,Computer__GUY.
I will go and check prices of both amd rig(no overlock so Asus M5A78L-M/USB3 and hd7770) and Intel with gtx 750 ti if price margin is greater like 4 to 5k i will go with AMD if it is low like 2-3k i will go with INTEL
