Upgrade Laptop CPU from core i3-3110M to a core i7-3540M Possible?

I want to upgrade my laptops cpu and I found that the i7-3540M has the same socket as the i3-3110M. Will this upgrade be possible or not? My laptop is a Samsung NP350V5C. Thanks

Here is a dissembly video. I can't tell if the CPU is soldered from the video. The disassembly looks pretty tricky...

Processor not soldered in video (if its the right video) you can see the socket with a little slit for screwdriver use.

In theory you can!! But be careful, look in cpu-z and AIDA64 software for more information about your mother-board, cpu and other stuff.
