My specs,
-660 nvidia Geforce fully updated,
-16GB of 1600HZ ripjaw, ram (8x2), DDR3
-AMD FX(tm)-8320 eight-core proccessor, 3.52Mhz
-gigabyte GA-99FXA D3
-windows 7 home premium,

Things i've done,
updated all drivers,
clean re-install of windows 7,
pulled apart the computer and checked all of the plugs,
overclocked my proccessor to test CPU, checked both HDD and SSD for faults, both seem ok, Ran my proccessor and Graphics card hot, and cold, problem persists.

Problems:
Games like World of warcraft and planetside 2 work fine stable FPS, then randomly seem to start having massive FPS drops, (stable at 60+ fps, then randomly falls to sub 20 fps.)

Do you guys think i might of fried my Graphics card?

I think i might have explained this a little wrong, i only overclocked my proccessor for about 30 mins, to see if it would improve my fps in WoW, after i turned back to the default speed.

It's probably your CPU that's stressed. I wouldn't overclock without the proper cooling.
(I do understand you didn't overclock much but for future information)

Check the thermal paste on your cpu and whatever cooler is attached to it.

And yes please include your temperatures.
