Best looking games to buy for a new PC?

Hi. I'm going to build a new gaming PC but I want to start off by getting some games that have amazing graphics so I'd like some recommendations. I've already got MGS V in mind and I've already got Battlefield 4 and Crysis 3 on a PS4/3 so I'm not really interested in those two games. Also, how would a GTX 970 perform with Metal Gear Solid: Ground Zeroes and any of the games you mention. Thanks in advance

A GTX 970 will run any game you throw at it at max. As for games modded Skyrim looks outstanding. Also Far Cry 3 & 4, The Witcher 2&3, and modded GTA IV looks better than GTA V will look on PS4 or Xbone https://www.flickr.com/photos/15539352@N02/sets/72157636258493144/.

Far Cry 4's a good call. I've noticed on G2A they have watchdogs for less than £10. How long should I be expected to wait for games like Far Cry 4 to fall in price because I mainly brought a PC to be able to buy more games with the same amount of money because I'm not concerned with getting games near release day (I do that with specific games on a console like FIFA/Exclusives).
