At stock clocks it's supposed to be ~125W. Overclocking and % loaded will change the actual draw.

(typical) System power draw should be around 275W or less. Any quality 350+ PSU should handle this just fine. Make sure it has the 6pin power plug the 550TI needs.

Power efficiency at low load/idle. Surfing the net/watching a movie will put a sub 20% load on that PSU, meaning it could be less then 82% (?) efficient. That one is probably still worth getting.

You'll have to take the side off the computer and look at the model number, brand, etc. Unless you can look it up online from where you bought it. (Amazon, newegg, etc all keep your purchase history.) I am running a 450W PSU in my computer, but there are other 450W PSUs I won't even let in my house, let alone my case.

Most 300W units don't have the 6pin plug that the 550TI needs. (Or do you have one of those lower power ones without the plug?) I would definately get a new PSU if you want to run a 8320 with a GPU.
