can cpu socket bent mobo pins cause low fps in games?

Ah...I don't think so. I guess anything is possible, but that seems remote. Why don't you tell us your rig's complete specs. I think its more likely something to do with your GPU.

i5-4690k / asus z97-ar / 8GB GSkill Ripjaws DDR3 1600 / cx600 / corsair h60 / 1TB WD blue / GTX 770 2GB
yesterdya i was playing so csgo and i usually get around 300 fps. all the sudden out of no where i started fps lagging really bad. it went back to normal after a couple of seconds. then when i turn the game off i randomnly had a would you like to install adobe flash. im guessing skype did that. maybe skype making me install adobe flash made my fps lag. idk though.
