Gigabyte Z97x-UD5H always boots to BIOS

I just built a computer and everything works excellent except for when the system turns on. It goes into a blue screen that says the BIOS has been reset. I put a picture up so you can see what it looks like. It doesn't do this when I'm restarting the computer, only when I boot it from being turned off. Thanks for the help guys

dying CMOS battery? I wouldn't expect a new board to have a bad battery, but it may have set on the shelf for quite awhile. Or the battery was bad to begin with.

If that's not it, try running the system with the drives and any other non-essentials disconnected. Remove gfx card and use integrated. See if it still presents that msg. or it it simply says it can't find a boot device. If it still does that, you may have to RMA the board.

sorry I ask you back in 2016, almost 2 years. a bit far behind,now everybody are going for kaby lake :(
i need your help/suggestion.
i just bought this motherboard last week. currently using porc i7 4770k, strix gtx 970 avexir core 8gb*2 (16 total). I face this issue. disconnect all usb, mouse and keyboard. Then I can boot up window. why this happen and what is the problem? any idea to fix this?
