WHEA_UNCORRECTABLE_ERROR (124) on a brand new build Windows 8.1

Hey guys/gals, I am running into a serious issue. My computer keeps crashing and freezing. This is a brand new build

My specs:
AMD FX-8350
M5A99FX PRO R2.0
DDR3 2X4GB
NVIDIA GeForce GTX 760
Brand new 750W power supply

Just replaced the power supply because I had the same issue. I also had the error on my other computer. The only thing that is the same is ram and the hard drive from my old build.

I
If bios reset or update doesn't work, you might need to RMA your mobo.

Also - to test - see if your PC posts with the OS drive disconnected.

I just realized that. I removed it and will see if the issue arises and report back.

Reset My bios no errors so far. Will report back in a day.
