Just built this new desktop, everything is new, loading from boot to windows takes over 20sec, games are loading extremely slow, also around 20sec.
There's also problems with FPS drop for games, it can go as high as 250fps but it will drop/spike to 1 for a few seconds. This is for Diablo 3 everything on lowest settings.
I've built a much cheaper desktop just few months earlier but it's running games, loading windows fast as the expected speed.
Anyone got an idea what is wrong?
Every driver is updated, and all games are on SSD, my SATA HDD is empty.
