Hello, so got evea GeForce gtx 760 video card, when I installed the video card and rebooted, the only thing that it was displaying was the bios which it was stuck on. no response from the bios for like 1-2 minutes then it goes to a black screen and a blinking underscore on top. I've tried everything, searched every site possible you guys are my last hope. I've deleted every single driver from my pc by using display driver uninstalled. tried installing and reinstalling the drivers. I currently has a gigbyte x79 motherboard ud3. i even tried installing the new drivers on the motherboard.
This is my the PC

Pci e 2.0 tried a different slot still no result. I even went to where i bought it and exchanged it, thought it was faulty too wheh taking the 560 out and installing the 760 still the same result it wouls freeze on the bio's menu. When i try to enter the bios nothing happens, then it goes to a blank screen with the underscore. I honestly dont know whats wrong its a decent motherboard, its reading the 560 without a problem
Only other part that i changed that works fine is the psu. A gs 700w corsair
