bluetooth driver for dell inspiron n5030 windows 8,64 bit

i just formatted my pc which was windows 7 earlier. But now installed windows 8. But bluetooth driver is not supporting. Dell inspiron N5030 series. dual core

That adapter is not compatible with Windows 8 or 8.1 per the Microsoft website:

I also can't seem to find any third party drivers for it that will work in either OS, only in Windows 7 32 or 64 bit. Seems odd as generally windows 7 64 bit drivers will work in 8 or 8.1 but perhaps not in this case.
