and i will a Do OC with this so keep that in mind....

What is your budget? That motherboard is good but not the best for what you want. I would suggest this two very good options:

1) GIGABYTE GA-990FXA-UD3
2) ASRock 990FX Extreme6

You should not be worry about, in other words, that warning means that if you want to use more than 4GB of RAM you will have to install in your rig a x64 OS. x86 OS only can address 3.8GB RAM.

I am using fx 6300 with 8gb of ram will u tell me , fx 6300 is x64 or x86 ....
and if x86 then how much it will address.....

The 6300 is a 64bit CPU that runs under the x86 instruction set, the amount of DRAM is limited by the OS (32bit up to 4GB) and what a given mobo can handle, with most all AMD mobo they max at 32GB

That CPU can handle both, x86 and x64 instructions. The RAM is limited in this case by your OS and not by you CPU.

what do u mean by it can handle both... plz explain me briefly....
and recommend me a OC that will support upto at least 16gb of ram cos now im going to buy 8gb and 8gb probably next time........

That means that you can install a x86 or x64 on your rig with that CPU without problems, the main difference is the RAM memory that you can address (use).
