Good Morning to you all
I gonna write it short and to the point so that I won't wasting your precious time :)
Approximate Purchase Date: close month

Budget Range: 800$ Before Rebates; Before Shipping

Main purpose and notes:
1)HTPC
2) Hardcore Gaming (Instead of buying xbox one/ps4)
3)Watching Movies through Netflix or youtube...
4) Gonna run windows 8.1 with Xbmc (movies) and Steam Big Picture launcher (Games)
5) No need for DVD/BR optical Drive, No need Buying Operation System
6)Second Target is it will last as much as possible for long term but will always have the option for future upgrades.
7)In addition to the previous section, I don't believe in overkill parts if they are meant to be last as possible (Please feel free to express you opinion 'bout it)
8) The budget is final and I may settle on more 50$ extra, so please consider this as the main goal

Are you buying a monitor: No

Parts to Upgrade: Complete Build

Do you need to buy OS: No

Preferred Website(s) for Parts: Ebay is preferred for the cheap parts (under 100$) and amazon for Expensive parts (If Ebay is still an option)

Parts Preferences: According to Tom's Hardware Articles for best parts
CPU: Intel Core 4690k (Recommended? considering the purpose)
GPU: Radeon R9 280 3GB (Recommended? considering the purpose)
Cpu Cooler: How is the Corsair 4100i 77.0 CFM Luquid (Recommended? considering the purpose)
Ram: Corsair Vegence Pro 8GB DDR 1866 MH2 CAS9 or G.Skill Sniper 8GB?
Case: help with this one,Not willing to spend more than 70$ How can you tell what case gonna match for all the parts that mentioned?, I am looking for case size that at most will double xbox 360's size (Is this too demanding?)
Hard Drive: For me SSD gonna be enough, I don't need more than 120GB and 1T. (less important)
Power Supply: No idea maybe 500W?
Mother Board: I don't know how to pick that will match to the case.Tom's Hardware recommended on ASRock Z97-Extreme6

Overclocking: Yes But will need advice what cooler to use

SLI or Crossfire: Maybe if it fits the budget

Your Monitor Resolution: 1920x1080

Additional Comments: Quite or low noise will be good (similar to the xbox 360).
Games that gonna be played:
GTA V, Far Cry 4, Assassin's Creed Unity, Battlefield Hardline, Mortal Kombat X, Borderlands the pre-sequal, Titan fall, Watch Dogs and any future games in the next year.

And Most Importantly: HTPC much better than Xbox One and have more options.:D

I am asking you to feel free to express your opinion if I am too demanding.
I will be more than happy to hear your experience and opinions.

Solution
Hopefully I've chosen the reference design GTX 970 but that is what I'd recommend. This should easily cover you for all the games you list at 1080p as well as all big titles next year.

I may have gone $200 over but its worth it for the truly excellent PSU, fast RAM and brand new architecture GPU.
You could save a bit of $ by getting the Silverstone Milo case which is the same internally as the Raven but comes without any fans or magnetic dust filters.

Solution
$800 - won't run ACU. You need to leave H100i out.
Any PC can be used as HTPC. Want smallish case? Put in low power/heat components.

Try -

Storage: Seagate Barracuda 3TB 3.5" 7200RPM Internal Hard Drive ($101.46 @ OutletPC)
Video Card: Gigabyte GeForce GTX 760 2GB WINDFORCE Video Card ($199.99 @ Newegg)
Case: Silverstone GD09B HTPC Case ($72.99 @ Directron)

Thanks you with all the help
fatboyslimerr
I like the case you chose, really nice one, I will save a bit $ by pass the hard drive, and about the PSU, does it really need so much Watts? I assume that 500W is more than enough, does the SeaSonic S12G 550W 80+ Gold Certified ATX Power Supply that i7Baby suggest will feet?

fatboyslimerr: I saw that MotherBoard you offered only support in LGA1150 , Which only the Intel CPU 4690 can feet into, When in time in future I will want to upgrade my CPU I will need to switch my mother board also because lack of LGA. Am I correct?
Also Is this Build work well in your games on Ultra settings?

i7Baby
What do you think about fatboyslimerr build? Not be able to run ACU?

That PSU is excellent but you could choose the Silverstone 450W Gold PSU but it has to be SFX due to the small size of the case. I chose the best SFX PSU currently available.

LGA1150 is the current "Enthusiast socket" with LGA2011-3 being the "Extreme Enthusiast" socket with the CPU, motherboards and RAM (DDR4) all being considerably more expensive than 1150. Also I believe 1150 will be supported by Broadwell (next generation architecture) meaning upgrades will be no problem.

You'll easily be able to run ACU with GTX 970 as reports have shown on the internet that the new card runs this game very well (better than previous gen GTX 780).
