cloud wirless sec camera into IP camera only?

Is there a way to turn a cloud wirless security camera into an IP camera? I have a cloud camera and don't like that it uses the mfg website to keep all my video and access. I thought there would be a way to convert/change into just an IP wireless camera using my network?

I don't know what it has. I don't know what rtsp and NVR etc mean. I know when logging into the website to access the camera, I can obtain an IP address. I don't know how to obtain software to access it or find any info as SWANN doesn't give out any information.
