That Wifi/bluetooth card will probably not work. I don't see right away any mini pci-e slots on that motherboard. Get something like the TP-LINK TL-WN881ND if you want wifi. Or just pick up a usb dongle.
That's the only incompatibility I see.

Sure, but it is probably easier to just get a card designed for the system from the start.
