Anything is better than Razer. I'll admit, Razer puts out a lot of good looking equipment. Unfortunately they use inferior parts and when they fail, and they will, you will have to get the BBB and attorney general after them to settle the issue.

I do know Logitech makes fantastic speaker systems, I'm sure their headsets are decent as well. Never had an issue with anything Logitech so I can't speak on their customer service, but I know it couldn't be any worse.

I know that Sennheiser has fantastic quality sound for headphones, probably carries over to their headsets as well. Unfortunately they don't have a large selection.

Take my post with a grain of salt, but do consider what I said even if you think I'm full of it.
