Is an AMD Radion HD 7870 graphics card compatible with an AMD FX 4300 CPU and an MSI 760GM-P34 (FX) motherboard?

I have a computer with an MSI 760GM-P34 (FX) motherboard with an AMD FX 4300 CPU and currently have a Nvidia GeForce GT 610 GPU and was looking to upgrade it to an AMD Radion HD 7870. Will this GPU be compatible with my motherboard and CPU? And also, I have a turbolink model ATX-TL 500W-BK, amd I don't know if I can add the 6 pin cord required for the graphics card. Can I add a cord? What should I do?

Yes. You will need a minimum 500w power supply with 2 x 6pin PCI-E connectors as well.
