I have concerns about my tiny prebuilt pc motherboard, in the image i attached, it shows that the PCIe slot goes right next to the RAM slot, which concerns me. Alot. I fear that when i install a GPU that it would overlap the RAM and not fit, is this an issue i should actually be concerned about?

Oh my, sorry for horrendous quality, its the best i have!

Solution
You are ok; that is a typical arrangement.

I can't tell on yours, but newer motherboards have one end of the ram slots fixed, no locking leverThat allows you to remove ram without removing the graphics card.r
Regardless, if you install the ram first, there is no issue.
All the working parts of a graphics card are south of the ram side.
