I finally got my i5 4670K in the mail today, I upgraded from my old Athlon X4 750K.

I'm using a Cooler Master Hyper 212 EVO cooler without OC

CPU idling temp: 37C
Under load; cinebench CPU burn: average 65C at 100% usage

I don't know squat about Intel processors, this is my first. are my temps good?

Does Tj. Max mean that's when it will throttle? Does it mean that my PC will turn off when it reaches that temp?

That is the temp that starts the throttle process. It will begin to slow its clock speed until its temp is safe. It is a way of protecting itself from destruction. That was explained in that link I sent:

4th Gen i-Core
----------------
Standard Ambient = 22C
Tcase (CPU temp) = 74C
CPU / Core offset + 5C
Tjunction (Core temp) = 79C
Tj Max (Throttle temp) = 100C

tCase is the max safe temp as measured under the heat spreader by Intel. Core temps are usually ~5C higher.
