In short - I am going to be upgrading my Graphics from my old Geforce GTX 650 Ti to a Radeon R9 290, what power supply do I need most? Currently running 500W PSU

Current system specs:
Processor: AMD FX-8350 CPU (8x 4.72GHz[overclocked number]/8MB L2 Cache)
Current Graphics Processor: EVGA Geforce GTX 650 Ti
Memory: 8 GB [4 GB X2] DDR3-1600 Memory Module - Corsair
Motherboard: Gigabyte GA-970A-UD3 -- AMD 970
Cooling: Liquid CPU Cooling System [AMD] - Standard 120mm Fan
Power Supply: 500 Watt
Monitor: BenQ Gaming Monitor RL2455HM (24-Inch LED) - 1920x1080

First off - Do I even need a new power supply, or can I get by with my 500W? This would be awesome so I don't need to get a new one.
I'm thinking that I need to get one from somewhere around 650-750W (is this a correct amount?) What are the best options that won't break the bank, trying for <$100
I was thinking of going for Corsair CX750 Builder Series ATX 80 (currently $70 on Amazon, only $8 more than the 650W version) are there any other good ones out there for cheaper? Do I need all 750 Watts though? Can I get by with less?
If I keep my processor overclocked do I need to make sure I stay above 650W?

Lot of questions, and you didn't tell us the make or model etc. of your current PSU. If you are overclocking, that 500 won't be enough. Excellent deal here and plenty of power to support the R9 290:

Thanks! I really just wanted to know some good options and whether or not I would need a bigger power supply. This pretty much answers what I need
