You can run a gtx750ti on a 300w psu since your APU has a TDP of 100w. You will however, have to limit selection to only those models that do not require an additional power connection. I would highly suggest the Evga SC, as this fall in that category.

Should work fine with your stock 300W power supply. But if you were willing to go through the hassle of replacing that with something adequate, your processor could probably stretch far enough to work with an R9-280 without experiencing a large bottleneck. Aside from very processor bound games
