Computer randomly, periodically, frequently - freezes, hiccups, pauses, stutters

Ever since I built my computer there has been a random hiccup that occurs. I notice it mostly when I am drawing using Manga Studio 5 and a Wacom Cintiq 22HD, but it does occur at other times. I have logged over 8,000 hours working on this computer and it has never had a problem...other than this quite frustrating event.

Components:
-Windows 7 Ultimate
-Gigabyte GA-Z77-D3H
-Intel i5 3570k
-Gigabyte GTX 970
-Kingston 16GB DDR3
-OCZ 120GB RevoDrive 3 PCIe SSD
-3X 1TB WD HDDs
-2 Monitors
-Wacom Cintiq 22HD
-Thermaltake TR2 650 Watts

It has become very aggravating...I spend 80 hours a week drawing for my job and have to frequently pause and redraw lines over and over until it becomes responsive again.

I have determined it is not Software. I thought it was maybe the Cintiq or Manga Studio. I have contacted both Wacom and Smith Micro. I have tried all of their available suggestions.

Things I have tried:
-Uninstalled, reinstalled all drivers, user settings.
-Tweaked multiple Tablet PC settings.
-I have lost count on all of the settings I've changed in OS, Programs, Hardware, etc.
-I thought it was a USB error, so I prevented them form ever shutting down.
-I replaced my GTX 650ti for GTX 970, but that didn't help.

I am usually pretty good at diagnosing a problem, but this one continues to plague me. I am pretty sure it is hardware. It seems to happen more the longer the computer is running. I thought it may be a temperature problem, so I restored everything from overclock settings to factory. That did nothing. I have run diagnostic tests on all of my hardware, and cannot find any errors.

What I believe it could be:
-Memory: I often use more than 10gb in Manga Studio, but it still happens when I am using 1-2gb. The memory is 16gb Kingston 10th Anniversary Quad Channel 2400mhz X.M.P. (I only bought it because I got it for under $100).
-Mobo: Running out of options so maybe this could be the problem. I was thinking something with the Usb Controller.
-OCZ 160GB PCIe SSD: I run the core of the OS on this Hard drive. I've never had a problem with it, but have heard horror stories about these.
-PSU: Not sure if a lack of power could cause the computer to stutter.

I am running out of ideas and was wondering if anyone knows what could cause these problems regarding hardware. I am trying to avoid spending money on something I don't need, so I have turned to the forums. Any and all replies will be appreciated.

Holy $#!+

I think I FINALLY fixed the problem. It wasn't just one problem, which is why I couldn't diagnose it. I was trying everything one piece at a time and it was a couple pieces of hardware...and software.

#1 Memory Card Reader. This was the largest cause for the freezing. Once I removed it...most of the freezing disappeared, but still continued. There was blinking in the device manager, so I removed all my USB cords...unable to figure it out and not even thinking about the memory card reader.

#2 PCI Network card. I had occasionally (very seldom) heard a chirp coming from the computer, and thought it was the processor or the ram. However, it was the PCI card. After removing the memory card and the stuttering continued, I noticed the Device manager still blinking every 10 seconds or so. I tried disabling anything running in the PCI slots and when I disabled the Network Card, the stuttering stopped, and the Network stopped working properly...so I removed it and plugged my older USB Wifi back in. However, after the network was back up the there was still some mild flickering...again.

#3 Carbonite. I never had a problem with Carbonite before, but now any time it is on, it causes my Cintiq to stutter. I tried diagnosing it before as a problem, but the flickering never stopped with it turned off...mainly because of the other faults in the computer.

With all three problems fixed I haven't had a stutter since. Why it affected my Cintiq so much, as opposed to any other programs...I don't know. I'm just happy I can work without frustration once again :)
