My computer has finally died out on me after many years of hardwork. I am planning on building my first PC gaming rig. After much reading and many more readings I have decided to choose these parts:

Any thoughts? Price range is $750 - $800 max. I'm planning to buy these parts online because the price in this country (PH) are total Rip-offs, and i mean complete RIP-effin'-OFF.

I don't plan on Overclocking because I haven't done it before but if my guts tell me to do so I might do it. (hopefully I won't destroy my PC. :D)

If no overclocking then no need of "K" cpu. Going for a 4460 would be a good choice.
CX is a poor PSU get something from tier 1 or 2 from this list--> http://www.tomshardware.com/answers/id-1804779/power-supply-unit-tier-list.html
Why are you getting a water cooler? They are really noisy. Instead of spending money on cooling you should spend that on a better GPU. Something like the r9 280 or 270X.
