99% GPU Usage

This is probably a really stupid question, but... I was having some issues with Battlefield 4 recently with my GTX 970. My FPS is lower than it should be, as everyone has told me, and I noticed in MSI Afterburner that the GPU Usage was capping and staying at 99%.

Is this bad or good? Because I know with a CPU it's bad, I don't know what it means for a graphics card.

gpus are meant to run at 99% dont worry.... what fps are you getting? gimme your pc details

It's mostly above 60 but on certain maps/areas it'll dip as low as 40. I think I may have solved the problem, though, because I just realized that when I reinstalled Windows about a week ago I never unparked the CPU cores again.

you have a good system, im sure the unparking of cores might help
