cpu clocks dropping while i run aida 64 stress test (4690k)

so im running aida 64 and im running the stress test and my cpu clocks during the bench marks dropped all the way to 9. i never stopped the test or anything. is this normal?

cpu is stock no oc

I've experienced the same thing. I get clock drops from time to time. I'm thinking since everything is set to auto and power option is set to balanced ( well in my case that is ), I would say its nothing unusual. But still, I also want to confirm if this is Normal or not.
