Five questions regarding OS installation on new SSD

When I built my first custom PC, I installed windows 7 ultimate on my 2TB seagate HDD. Though I did NOT partition the disk during installation. Regardless i did not bother with it at the time as there were no issues with its functioning. Now I bought an ADATA Premier Pro SP9000 256GB SSD.
1)How do I clean wipe the OS from my HDD since I forgot to partition it?
2)Do I need to reinstall OS in the SSD using the CD?
3)Do I need to re update all the OS files?
4)Do I need to have a complete wipe of the HDD and therefore need to re-update all the motherboard and graphic card apps and updates too?
5)Could I leave the HDD untouched and somehow wipe just the OS?

Data on HDD are some technical drawing software/games/movies/motherboard apps and drivers up to date/ gpu apps and drivers up to date. I would prefer a way to simply manage to wipe out the OS from the HDD and not have to clean all the data with it. Any help would be great.

PC specifications:-
CPU- Intel i7 4770k
GPU- Zotac Nvidia GTX 770 amp edition
MoBo- MSI Gaming 3 Z97
RAM- Kingston Hyper X fury 4x4GB
PSU- Corsair RM1000
CASE- CM HAF XB RC-902XB EVO
HDD- Seagate 2TB
new SSD- ADATA Premier Pro SP9000 256GB

1) You can either divide that HHD into more partitions using a software like

http://www.easeus.com/partition-manager/

or reinstall windows. But since you have an SSD, you can install the OS to that SSD and delete unnecessary files and partition while the data still on it using above like program or simply deleting and re partitioning.

2) That way is better. But if you really need, you can even use a cloning tool (The same software I linked provides partition cloning facility) to clone your existing data to SSD. But make sure that the Data on the HHD hasn't exceed the size of the SSD before cloning.

3) If you install using a CD, Yes. If you clone, No.
