Seasonic S12 620W weird 3.3v rail readings in software

I've recently purchased and installed a SS S12 620w PSU about 1 month ago on my rig and so far it seems to be doing great. However, I have noticed something rather strange (pictures included below). In various software tools that display a reading for the 3.3v rail, the reading seems to be pretty far off from 3.3v but also it seems to vary from program to program.

I'm wondering if someone has some insight as to why this is happening. ALso, if there is a problem with the 3.3v rail, how would this affect my PC?

Old budget mobo with no UEFI, I'll have a look in a bit at the BIOS any ways and post here if I find anything.

Biostar N68S3+
Athlon x4 640 running stock clocks

"and your vcore is weird and your 12v is weird. bad sensor imo"

I was leaning towards this conclusion myself, but I really dont' know enough about PSUs and sensors so I figured I'd ask.

Something to note is that I had a very low end HEC PSU in before this one that seemed to have "normal" readings in HWmonitor.

Well I'm having absolutely no issues at all in practical usage so I guess I'll just assume it's the programs that aren't reading it right.

Thanks.

I did contact them. All I got was this:

Thanks for contacting Seasonic - RMA Dept.
Please submit your RMA Request form online, so we can process your request ASAP.

I'd prefer not to RMA if there's nothing wrong with it and if I'm not the only one to think that it's perhaps a problem with the readings I'll just keep using it for now anyways.

Thanks guys.

I don't have a multimeter in my apartment right now, so I'll just keep using the PC as is for now. It'll be about a month before I get the multimeter I own back, I'll probably update this at that point if I find the voltages to be way off the mark when testing at the wires.
