Hi i woud really appreciate your help as my dads laptop (acer aspire ) has decided to breakdown on him . when you start it up it gives message to repair or start windows normally (both do not work) it says it could be due to hardware or software ? i have tried to start in safe mode with no luck and i have also tried to boot from disc with no joy either
just wondering if there is anything else i can try to fix the problem
