Title basically says it all. Do all of these components work together? Trying to build a great gaming rig that should last while. Will it? Thanks!

Case: Fractal Design Define R4

PSU: Rosewill PHOTON Series PHOTON-750 750W

CPU: Intel Core i5-4690K

GPU: ASUS STRIX-GTX970 4gb GDDR5

Motherboard: ASUS Z97-A LGA

Memory: G.SKILL Sniper Series 8GB (2 x 4GB) DDR3 2133

Hard Drive: Western Digital WD Blue 1tb

SSD: Kingston 120gb SSD

OS: Windows 8.1 (I already have a disk and optical drive :) )

Solution
nice build

suggestions

1. no need for a k series of cou unless you OC

2. same goes for Z97 mobo go for the H97

3.ram freq is good but higher than 1600mhz doesnot afext gaming in any way

4. a 550w -600w psu from segate/xfx/antec is enough unless you OC

hope this helps!

looks good. I don't have much to say about it other than that. that will last for the foreseeable future. if you are going to go unlocked on the processor get a aftermarket CPU heatsink. other wise there is little point in going K.

EDIT: also use pcpartpicker when building a pc. it will make your life much easier.

PSU is overkill I reckon, but whatever, that's your buzz. Quality 550-600W should be more than enough. That card only uses 300W at peak and none of the other components are really gonna make a dent in the extra 450W you'll have sitting there..

I'd recommend getting a second SSD for your gaming, 120GB is a bit small potentially. Gaming on a 7200RPM mechanical drive is rude as.

why the i7? its practically a waste...

and the corsair cx PSU is a no go its capacitors are bad

1866mhz rame are around the same price as 1600 , though i agree that it doesnot make a difference

Thank you all for the advice. I plan to overclock in the future, that's why I have the K, plus it's not much more than the Non K. I'm not getting the i7, as that would be a waste for what I plan to do at the moment. Also what PSU would you all recommend? I'd love to hear. Thanks!

the bare min would be a 550W psu from xfx though i suggest a 650W bronze rated GPU from antec if you are going to overclock
