thermal compound for i7 4790k , i am using it with evo 212 ,
i never installed cooler before so keep in mind, (how hard it is to spred + do u need more force)

plz help and if there is any better one out there.

There's not enough thermal difference between them to worry about. I use both. But MX-4 is not electrically conductive like AS5 is. So if you want to avoid accidentally getting some where it should go, grab the mx-4.

Yes, there are better (more expensive) TIM out there. But the difference in thermal temps is very minor. Maybe a couple degrees C.
