In regard to the problem "User Profile Service service failed the sign-in. User Profile cannot be loaded"

The answer from curiousaboutpc is great but he figures that I know some stuff ahead of time. I do not. So, I asked you techies within our humble community some basics.
*Open a command prompt at boot?
*enable the built-in Administrator, restart the PC, and sign in to Administrator.
Please, help me by break-
ing this down even further. such as, the way it says restart the PC, so the PC is shut down? .exactly, how do I enable built-in administrator? I need the book "tech stuff for idiots." But hey, I am teachable.

You have to restart the computer and as it goes through the loading process you press F8 to sign into Safe Mode with command prompt. That will be one of the options presented when you press F8.

Try looking at this link because there are commands you have to type at the command line. One to start the administrator account and one to go back to normal user mode. Might want to create a new user in the admin account to use later as a backup.

Might also have to use a registry cleaner or some other things.

Dear ceh4702,

The problem that I had had with logging in. "User Profile Service failed the sign-in", I don't know exactly how I fixed it but I fixed it. I went into safe mode, then I restored files. The function restored the files from the date in which the user sign in failed. Man ya'll, I actually fixed it and I didn't have to hire it out. Thank you community for all your support.
