4.MSI TWIN FROZR GeForce GTX 750Ti/N750Ti TF 2GD5/OC 2 GB GDDR5 Graphics Card

Is this a good build ? I have Cooler master Thunder 500w ,1Tb and 250gb harddrives and an LG optical drive

Yes thats good stuff just don't spend too much on ram you are better off spending money on parts that actually effect the performance like gpu and cpu.

That board isn't available in India, How much difference will 2 memory sticks of 4GB have over 1*8GB ?

Didn't see you say a mobo anywhere but just check the specifications and it will say what speeds it supports.
