Since I have slowest internet in Europe (paying 20euro for 500KBs) and i gotta give a thanks to my awesome country Bosnia Herzegovina for being the country with the lowest interenet speed , yes it has been proven that my country has slowest internet in Europe.

Anyways lets get to the point , I download big files during night while i sleep.
My cpu is FX8320 . 3.5Ghz , VCore 1.1875 (dont know why amd put stock of 1.400 , i can run it fine on 1.875)
Anyways i wanna hear ur suggestions for voltage when i underclock my cpu at 1.8GHz.
Its only dowloading files during the night , i wanna save power.
I do have powersave option "Cool n Quiet" enabled.

I want to hear ur suggestions what voltage should i put for FX8320 1GHz underclock.
I know every system will be diffrent for voltage bla bla , just want ur opinion about what number of voltage should i go around.

Solution
At idle, the FX-8320 downs its multiplier and voltage. The frequency will become 1.4 GHz, and the voltage will be around 0.9v.

Is there any reason you want 1.8GHz specifically? You can also set the maximum multiplier in the energy saving options of windows and/or Catalyst Control Center so it never goes to 3.5 GHz.
