Can the onboard intergrated graphics for the mobo NEW! Gigabyte Z97X-Gaming 3 be as good as intel hd graphics 3000?

I'm looking to play world of warcraft: warlords of dreanor without a video card for a few weeks, so will it run fine?

Mobo: NEW! Gigabyte Z97X-Gaming 3
CPU: i5 4690k
Memory: 8gb 2133 mhz

At what graphical settings can it handle?

The motherboard contains no integrated graphics. That job is handled by the on-die GPU of the i5-4690K. So the quality of graphics will depend on the processor, not the MB.
The i5-4690K contains the Intel® HD Graphics 4600, which should be an improvement over the 3000.
