Sapphire r9 280 Dual X

I recently bought a new Sapphire r9 280 Dual X (10 days ago), just in case i instal fresh windows, drivers etc.
Few days ago i noticed some bug that i think is just in mozilla, i restarted computer and it was gone.

But tonight i was playing FarCry 4 and i noticed it again.

What it could be? Some people tells me that memory on GPU is problem
My English is not great, so i apologize for any mistakes if i made some.

CPU: AMD FX 6300 Black Edition
MB: Asus m5a97 LE r2.0
RAM: 2x4GB HyperX@1866MHz
VGA: Sapphire r9 280 Dual-X OC
HDD: WD Caviar BLue @7200rpm
Case: Raidmax Vortex V3
PSU: CM B600 85+ Bronze

your English is great btw but this can be either a driver error or a faulty card I would recommend uninstalling the drivers with DDU drivers uninstaller than get the latest drivers from AMD.com if that does not help I would contact AMD and if they cant help than you might wanna return the card

Drivers that i have installed are newest version, but i will try tomorow with drivers unninstaler, its 1:20AM in Serbia, and i am so sleepy right now.
I will post the results for sure , but I do not know when it will happen again, because it 2 or 3 days past between this two print screens.
If anybody have an idea what can be the problem, let me know

I finally find some time for computer today... I was cleaned drivers with DDU, installed latest drivers(again), instal FurMark and let it to do Burn In 1080 Benchmark for 15 minutes... GPU Load 99%, max temperature 75 degrees. In that 15minutes, i spend every second watching in monitor, especially on that spot where problem was... Annnnnnd nothing happened.
Before all of that i plug out card and blow it out with compressor(just in case)

I have Raidmax Vortex V3 case with great airflow, 2x120mm fans in front for take cool air in, and 1x120mm on back and 1x120mm on top of case for taking hot air out. You think that 75 degrees on stresstest is to much for graphic card or i just dont understand your advice for checking air flow in case?
I run few more benchmarks(3dmark,gpuz, heaven unigine) and nothing, literally nothing bad showing up.
But i am sceptic now, dont know does to call store for reclamation, or wait few more days for artefacts to show up, if they show up

I almost dont have any cables in case because of great cable managment calabilities of it, so that isnt problem.
I will let GPU to work few more days, waiting for the artifact. When first come out, i will call vendor for RMA.

I return it today to the store for RMA. I also demand a new card, but they told me that card must pass through they test first. So now i must wait for them to call me -.-

They called me today . Failure on card is confirmed, and they send new one ... I am with suprised fact that they called me just in few days . In Serbia RMA services know to keep products up to 45 days ...
