i5 3570k REACHES 64C WITH NOCTUA NH-D14!

I know it sounds crazy but 3.4 ghz and yet it its highest is 64c. But thats under FULL load like prime 95. Gaming in CS:GO maxed out uses 70-100 and reaches 60c. I just want to get a better temp D:
"only" way to fix it, is by de-lidding the cpu.
For example.
My delidded 4670k 4.7ghz@1.4v maxes 77-80c IBT very high
non-delidded 4690K i got 98-100c in a matter of seconds in IBT. (really like 2-3 seconds) with same clocks & volts. (only for benchmark purposes).
24/7 is 4.6ghz@1.33v & cooler is phanteks ph-tc14pe with 2x stock fans, stock config.
