Which is better for PC speed? 16 GB of RAM at 1800 MHz or 20 GB of RAM at 1633 MHz?

I have 4 sticks of RAM.
2- 4GB of Hyper FuryX at 1800 MHz
1- 8GB of Hyper FuryX at 1800 MHz
1- 4GB of Adata at 1600MHz
I did not match my RAM, apparently. Anyways, it automatically is setting all the frequencies to 1633 MHz to cover for the Adata. Which would be better? Leave it as it is, or take the Adata out and let the 16 GB run at 1800?

Do you have a need for 20GB? If not, I'd run the 16GB, so it can all be at the higher freq and in dual channel (8GB in slot 1 w/ the 2 4GB sticks in 3and 4 or the 4GB in 1-2 and the 8GB in slot 3 - so you have 8GB in each channel

I don't think so. I haven't checked, but I'm sure my games do not take up that much space. So, you think I should put the 8 GB in DDRM slot 1 with the two 4 GB sticks in DDRM slots 3&4?
