Mobo + intel cpu bundle with 200$ max

Folks
I have a old gigabyte+core2duo combo and I love every bit of it. The only problem is I have DDR2 4GB and missed out upgrading it to 8Gb (have only 2 slots). DDr2 being super expensive, I thought I will move to newer gen 4 cpus and mobo bundles. Can you suggest a combo (need website address also) that can do justice? Gigabyte gets higher priority but is not the only choice. I can do i3,i5,i7. Requirement is, 4 memory slots is a mandatory one. Higher speeds of memory is good

next up would be an i5 and better mobo. But way over $200

BTW, I dont know the difference between g3258 and i3. The onlything I see is G is pentium and i3 is core

Also,
Hearing ASRock first time. Is that good or equivalent or betterthan any Gigabytes? Pardon me for my ignorance

The Pentium is the same - http://cpuboss.com/cpus/Intel-Pentium-G3258-vs-Intel-Core-i3-4150 - but is cheaper and can overclcock to be even faster than the i3

ASRock is good quality and good value.
