Here is my configuration: http://uk.pcpartpicker.com/p/m8RssY

I have a 350W PSU and I would like to know if it's enough, because sometimes the system crashes and I don't know if it's because of the PSU. I also plan on buying a CPU cooler (the stock cooler is way too loud) and maybe upgrading the GPU in the future.

Solution
The Seasonic SS-350ET should definitely be enough for your current system configuration.

AMD FX-8320 3.5GHz 8-Core Processor ............................................. 105 W
ASRock 970 Pro3 R2.0 ATX AM3+ Motherboard .................................... 46 W
Patriot 8GB (2 x 4GB) DDR3-1600 Memory ............................................. 6 W
Samsung Spinpoint F1 DT 750GB 3.5" 7200RPM Internal Hard Drive ... 10 W
Seagate 2TB 3.5" 7200RPM Hybrid Internal Hard Drive ....................... 10 W
Asus Radeon HD 7770 1GB Video Card ............................................... 83 W

Total: ................................................................................................. 260 W

The PSU is about 2 years old. There will also be a DVD drive (I read a DVD drive consumes 15 to 27 W) and the FX 8320 takes 125 W (http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16819113285&cm_re=8320-_-19-113-285-_-Product). I'll also have a third HDD (sorry I didn't mention that earlier). Will the PSU still be enough?

The TDP (i.e. Thermal Design Power) of the FX 8320 is 125 Watts. The actual power consumption of the CPU is not the TDP of the CPU. If you went by TDP then the FX 8150, FX 8320 and FX 8350 would all consume the same amount of power, but they don't.

Add another 10 Watts for each additional HDD.

Examples of DVD-RW/DVD+RW Drive power consumption:
LG DVD Writer GH24NS71: 32 Watts
Lite-On iHAS124: 37.5 Watts

Are you burning a DVD while running Prime95 and Furmark at the same time? If not then the PSU should still be sufficient even if it is 2 years old.
