Solution
Every thing is fine except the motherboard the CPU will not fit that board the sockets are different you will need an AM3+ socket board for the CPU and not FM2+.
The PSU is a good one but its overkill for a single r9 270 a 500+ watt PSU would be more than enough for your system.

I have tried to make your build a bit better and keeping it under your budget hope you like it.

I really like it but G.kill sniper 8gb vs Kingston hyper 8gb 1866mhz which one is better, cause yours is $5 cheaper?
I will just keep my power supply since its $5 cheaper and its gold certified.
its there a huge differents between asus r9 270 vs r9 270x?
