Can't install, uninstall, download updates or access Programs and Features

Yesterday I noticed that I can no longer install or uninstall programs. I also found out today that I can't install updates on any programs (for Windows, my graphics card) and I can't access Programs and Features. I included screenshots of some of the errors I've gotten. The biggest errors I get is the missing msi.dll and errors saying "Windows cannot find '::{26EE0668-A00A-44D7-9371-BEB064C98683}...:{D450A8A1-9568-45C7-9C0E-B4F9FB4537BD}'.

I've searched around for solutions, but nothing has helped because most of the solutions require me to install something, which I can't do. Some solutions required me to edit stuff in the registry, but I can't do that either. I've tried downloading updates for Windows, but the Important updates do not download.

I was able to run Virus scans and everything comes up clean. Microsoft Fixit brought up an issue with the registry, but that didn't fix any of the issues. The only thing I can think of that could have caused the issue was installing Wondershare Video Editor yesterday. I installed it to combine a few .ts files. Ever since I installed it, I haven't been able to do anything I listed above. What can I do to fix this?

What is the status of the windows installer service? I can be found in admin tools, services. Right click and select properties. By default it should be manual. If it is already set to that, see if you can start it. Top left of page...Good luck. Sounds like you have a mess. You could also try a system restore to before this all happened.

I see it's set to Manual, but it's stopped and I can't start it up.

I did check the msi.dll file and here's what it looks like.

When I was looking up solutions to my problem, someone did suggest a system restore, but others said that didn't fix the problem.

Here's what's on the Dependencies.

I checked out properties of the msi.dll file and there is a previous version, but I don't get the option to restore it. I can't replace the current msi.dll because it says I don't have permission to do it even though I am the admin.

lol I sure hope so. I'll go attempt a system restore and hope it works. Thanks for your attempts to fix the problem.
