Fails to run on my V370 scanner the Start Logo flashes up then I get a flashing scanner icon on the task bar. Have re-installed several time and it worked o/k last time I tried a couple of months ago. If I go to Control Panel Devices and Printers screen and click on the V370 Icon as reduced version comes up and scanner works. Any Ideas

I had problems with that on windows 7. I got a new printer and works fine on Windows 7 and Windows 8.1. When it wasn't working i just did the scan from the printer (that worked) . I have a Epson 3640 now.
