New computer came with on board graphics disabled to try and switch to gtx 760 now cant see

My new computer came with on board graphics on the i5-4690 and a gtx 760. I got it from ibuypower and the on board graphics came selected as the main source of video. I went into the windows settings and just disabled the on board graphics because i couldnt get into my bios by pressing delete. Now i can not see anything and i cant boot into safe mode or bios.

Take the graphics card out, try and boot like that. If you still do't get anything turn the PC off, clear cmos ( take the battery out of your mobo, should look like a watch battery) And I have to make sure, you are plugging your cable into the graphics card output correct? Not the output on the motherboard?
