Help I accidentally pressed CLR CMOS

Hey,
I accidentally hit the CLR CMOS button while removing an HDMI cord now my computer wont boot up, no screens get signal and the mother board displays A2 Error.

Specs are below

ASRock Z77 extreme 4 motherboard
Intel 3770k CPU 3.5ghz (4.4 overclocked)
8GB RAM
Nvidia GE Force GTX 650 GPU GDDR5
1Tb HDD
750watt PowerSupply

Please help

Thanks, but I cant get signal to a screen via VGA or HDMI so I dont know how to select anything.

Thanks, I also tried that but then when starting up again error code A2 gets displayed.
