I plan on upgrading to cooler Thermaltake Water 3.0 Pro for my overclocked i5 4670k at 4.3 ghz 1.224v but I'm struggling when it comes to working out whether or not it fits in my case Xigmatek MIDGARD II.
Any information anyone can give would be much appreciated.
Thanks.

Xigmatecs Midgards II water cooling option is max. 280mm length and 50mm height for radiator and cooling fans. ThermalTake Water 3.0 [btw. I'd avoid this one] is radiator dimension : 151 x 120 x 49 mm and fan has 25mm. So yes, it will fit effortlessly.

Thanks good to know. You said to avoid this one are there any water cooling alternatives. I have high profile ram so air cooling isn't really an option and my current cooler corsair h60 is terrible. It's so loud and in stress tests it reaches 88 degrees.

Those coolers seem pretty incredible but I'm looking for something slightly more low key. Would the Cooler Master Nepton 140XL suffice in keeping my CPU in the 70 degree area on stress tests bearing in mind I'm in Britain and it's pretty mild temperature wise

Believe me i want to. I first looked at the Noctua DH-14 but it's not compatible with vengeance corsair ram nor is any other air cooler really, by that i mean any half decent air coolers (or at least the ones I've come across so far aren't). So water cooling is my only real option. Hence the Cooler Master Nepton 140XL.
