Hello. I am working on a mini-itx build with the following:
Gigabyte B85N-Phoenix Wifi
2x 4 GB G-skillz Sniper 1600Mhz Ram
Cooler Master V 550W PSU
I did an external build to test, but I can not get it to Post or display anything (Bios or other) on my monitor (which I checked with another pc to know it works). Board LED's and CPU fan spins and it doesn't shut off or anything, but I can't get it to do anything. Any thoughts? I have removed and shuffled Ram and had no change. Is it the CPU or Power Supply? Thanks for your thoughts.
I have also tried a different psu and am still having the same issues
