Hi guys, first of all sorry about my poor english.

Well i have this specs, but i have A LOT of problems with games, 80-100 fps in csgo with drops to 50. Low fps and a lot of renders stops on Far Cry 4, idk more what to do, i seach everywhere, and i still having this problems.

CPU: AMD FX-8350 Vishera 8-Core
Motherboard: gigabyte GA-990FXA-UD3 rev 3
RAM: Corsair XMS 16GB Dual DDR3 SDRAM
GPU: EVGA GTX 970
power supply: Corsair GS800
Windows 7 Ultimate 64bit

Depends on your cooler but it should not exceed 80 degrees Celsius. If it does it is probably thermal throttling. In which case reapply the paste, make sure not to put too much on.

Your issues with Far cry 4 are due to a piss poor porting of a console game. Not to do you with hardware.

Your issues with CS:GO can be due to the older source engine. Try updating drivers for everything (graphics, cpu, audio, etc.)

I'd check your video card drivers as well as your motherboard drivers from the manufacturer's website first to see if newer drivers have been released.
The only other thing I can think of is a thermal issue causing throttling.

Everhting it is updated, including BIOS, I check integrity of the CSGO game and stil with it. Do you have another idea?

Last week i put some thermal paste on my cpu, do you know a normal degree for fx 8350??

I had this same problem! With the same board.It turns out that the board is a jerk, and you need to manually set your voltage in the bios set up menu to the default voltage of your cpu. You can get to this menu by pressing delete on startup. Pass this fix on! I found it on a comment on a newegg post about the board.
