How is my old computer compared to the new build I'm making?

(The video card is not listed because I couldn't find it, but it's basically a Radeon HD 6870.)

The only things that have changed is the Power Supply, CPU, and Video Card.

1. How much would the performance increase?
2. Any suggestions or advice on it?

Save a few bucks on the power supply and go with this instead

As far as the rest goes, for that processor do you have a good aftermarket cooler? I'm assuming with unlocked CPU and mobo you're at least considering it. In which case I suggest going with the cooler master 212 plus.

The 3570K is still a beastly overclocker and at current doesn't even need to be yet, by far sight. It'll be a good upgrade bringing you a multitude of performance gains
