So i got another hard drive and i want to use it as the master or the main hard drive with windows on it. My other hard drive has all the files on it so i wanted to know if i could just move the saved game files from my old drive to the new one. So install the game and then put the saved files into it. Is that possible?
Also, i don't really know how to connect the two, is there a wire that needs to be connected? which one is it?
thank you

depending on your board the primary boot drive is always on sata port 0 or 1 that's the important thing .. your 2ed drive can be where ever [best to keep them in line/order on the ports or have the 2ed drive on the secondary sata controller if your mother board is equipped with one..

for sata all the drives wired the same except for what ports there plugged in to the board as I said above .. the boot drive in the bios is set as first boot device then after that you boot to windows and go to computer and your 2 drives should be showen as like drive c and drive e [example] then you can just copy and paste your files between the 2 drives as you need
